Garmin Edge 510 / GSC-10 for Tern Verge P18 (cont)

Garmin Edge 510 / GSC-10ですが、使用していて色々と気になることが出てきました。その1つとして、2台で並走していたとしても平均速度が1km/h～2km/hほど異なることが判ってきました。

同じGarmin Edge 510/ GSC-10の組み合わせですが、24 inch Dahonと 20inch Ternで平均速度が異なります。お互いの設定を確認しましたが、差異はWheel Sizeのみ。Auto Pause (=1.5Km/h)も同じ。非常に気持ち悪い状況ですが、解析にはもう少し時間が掛かりそうです。追伸：走行ルートを比較すると、実際のルートから少しずれているのが原因のようです。






Some problems were found when using the combination of Garmin Edge 510 and GSC-10 sensor module. One of serious problem is average speed gap about 1-2 Km/h between two bicycles when driving together in parallel. We compared between 24 inches Dahon and 20 inches Tern Verge P18. Of course, at first, we checked all settings on Garmin Edge 510, and they were same except wheel size. Finally, GPS accuracy was different between bicycles. Attachment position for each bicycle or other peripheral gadget might cause this gap !?
